<strong>a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser de pelo menos 20 minutos di\u00e1rios. <\/strong>Com o estilo de vida atual, \u00e9 raro verificar-se a situa\u00e7\u00e3o mencionada anteriormente, pelo que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio procurar <strong>ingerir alimentos com vitamina D<\/strong>, estar atento aos valores s\u00e9ricos deste micronutriente e se necess\u00e1rio vermelha;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moluscos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crust\u00e1ceos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Queijo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cogumelos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A vitamina D tem um impacto inquestion\u00e1vel na nossa sa\u00fade, por esta raz\u00e3o deve ser privilegiada a sua ingest\u00e3o atrav\u00e9s dos alimentos mencionados acima. \u00c9 ainda de salientar que a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o solar, respons\u00e1vel <strong>(uso de protetor solar ou exposi\u00e7\u00e3o em horas de \u00edndice UV mais fraco), n\u00e3o deve ser esquecida. <\/strong>Por fim, <strong>se existir um d\u00e9fice
