Entretanto ela pode causar incapacidade motora, ins\u00f3nia, depress\u00e3o, que impedem a gr\u00e1vida de levar uma vida normal.<br><br>Na gravidez, acontece uma sequ\u00eancia de mudan\u00e7as no corpo da mulher, seu \u00fatero est\u00e1 em constante crescimento, formando um abd\u00f4men protuso. H\u00e1 o deslocamento do seu centro de gravidade, al\u00e9m da <strong>liberta\u00e7\u00e3o de hormonas<\/strong>, como o estr\u00f3geno e a relaxina, que ocasionam um crescente afrouxamento dos ligamentos.<br><br>Todas essas modifica\u00e7\u00f5es causam uma <strong>lordose exagerada<\/strong>, fazendo com que ela sobrecarregue os m\u00fasculos lombares e posteriores da coxa, gerando um processo doloroso.<br><br><strong>Alguns estudos t\u00eam demonstrado<\/strong> que mulheres com uma condi\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica melhor apresentam menos hip\u00f3teses de desenvolver lombalgia durante a gravidez. A import\u00e2ncia da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de novos h\u00e1bitos posturais, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de exerc\u00edcios terap\u00eauticos e t\u00e9cnicas de relaxamento proporcionam uma melhor preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da musculatura. N\u00e3o sabemos muito o que fazer com ele, como fortalec\u00ea-lo. Desta forma, garantimos um pavimento p\u00e9lvico forte e flex\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dicas para fortalecer o pavimento p\u00e9lvico:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Varie as posi\u00e7\u00f5es de contra\u00e7\u00e3o para manter uma boa mobilidade (sentado, em p\u00e9, de quatro, com movimento, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varie tamb\u00e9m os tempos de contra\u00e7\u00e3o para que seu pavimento p\u00e9lvico garanta o suporte necess\u00e1rio tanto em breves quanto em esfor\u00e7os prolongados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine suas contra\u00e7\u00f5es com outros m\u00fasculos, como o abd\u00f4men transverso, os gl\u00fateos ou os adutores, para que eles aprendam a trabalhar em equipa durante os movimentos de muscula\u00e7\u00e3o e a vida quotidiana. Uma boa forma de conseguir estas combina\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 atrav\u00e9s da pr\u00e1tica de Yoga e\/ou Pilates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#56b3e4\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Plano_de_exercicios_diarios_para_as_gravidas\"><\/span>Plano de exerc\u00edcios di\u00e1rios para as gr\u00e1vidas<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em 2020, o <strong>American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recomendou o seguinte:<\/strong> na aus\u00eancia de complica\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dicas ou obst\u00e9tricas, as gr\u00e1vidas devem praticar exerc\u00edcio de uma forma moderada, durante pelo menos 30 minutos por dia, na maioria ou em todos os dias da semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-tf-widget=\"fUjaSRl9\" data-tf-iframe-props=\"title=PT Encuesta Concevit (2)\" data-tf-medium=\"snippet\" style=\"width:100%;height:400px;\"><\/div><script src=\"\/\/embed.typeform.com\/next\/embed.js\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de mais, tem de <strong>aprender a respirar.<\/strong> A gr\u00e1vida deve evitar respirar rapidamente, o ideal \u00e9 manter um ritmo confort\u00e1vel para ajud\u00e1-la a evitar a falta de ar. <br><br>No est\u00e1gio final da gravidez devido ao aumento do tamanho do beb\u00ea, respirar profundamente pode n\u00e3o ser t\u00e3o agrad\u00e1vel, por isso a gr\u00e1vida deve respirar normalmente <strong>evitando fazer apneia<\/strong>, j\u00e1 que isso pode ocasionar tonturas ou desmaios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exerc\u00edcio simples para fazer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sentar numa cadeira est\u00e1vel, com os p\u00e9s bem apoiados no ch\u00e3o e afastados na largura das ancas. Manter os bra\u00e7os relaxados para baixo ao longo do corpo, com as palmas voltadas para dentro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contrair suavemente o abd\u00f4men. Inspirar, deixando o queixo cair lentamente em dire\u00e7\u00e3o ao t\u00f3rax, e depois expirar, deixando que o peso da cabe\u00e7a a leve para frente tanto quanto for confort\u00e1vel, descansando numa posi\u00e7\u00e3o relaxada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depois desenrolar v\u00e9rtebra por v\u00e9rtebra at\u00e9 voltar \u00e0 posi\u00e7\u00e3o ereta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dar prioridade a exerc\u00edcios de mobilidade, alongamentos e flexibilidade.
